Hector and Michael came out for my initial estimate and Hector very clearly explained to me the extent of the visible mold and what we may find once the demo starts. He answered all my questions with care and patience and that gave me a lot of faith in Restoration 1. Also, the estimate was completely itemized so I understood completely what the charges were for. This put me at ease with the price. Michael and Hector performed the labor efficiently and did a good job. Lead tech Hector inspected the work when Michael and Hector were finished and he addressed what he thought might be some future problems. I would absolutely recommend Restoration 1 for mold mitigation. I’m sure their other services are very high quality too, I look forward to working with them in the future. read less

After discovering water damage and working through my home owners insurance, Central Denver Restoration was such a relief. I spoke to Kelly and relayed all the pertinent information (specifically I have a c-section scheduled for next Friday as well as our family of 4). Kelly worked to get Hector out promptly to inspect and determine the scope of the work. After asbestos testing Hector along with Eddie and Jakob have been out all day taking care of the damage and making it so we still have access to laundry and our shower. Kelly and team also have made it so we can focus on the rebuild following the baby’s arrival. They have taken what could be a horrible situation and have made it manageable and safe for me and my family. read less
